BRAOU Invites Applications for UG, PG Admissions for 2026-27; Last Date August 7
Hyderabad, June 23 (TNT): Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has invited applications for admission to its Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma and Certificate programmes for the academic year 2026-27. The last date for registration and payment of tuition fee is August 7, 2026, the University said in a release on Tuesday.
Candidates who have completed Intermediate or its equivalent from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), 10+2, ITI, or a two-year Polytechnic course are eligible for direct admission into Undergraduate programmes such as B.A., B.Com. and B.Sc.
Admissions are also open for various Postgraduate courses, including M.A. in Telugu, English, Hindi, Urdu, Economics, History, Public Administration, Political Science, Sociology, and Journalism & Mass Communication; M.Com; M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics; as well as M.LISc, Diploma and Certificate programmes.
The university stated that candidates can complete the admission process online through learner centres across Telangana. Admission and tuition fees can be paid through credit card, debit card, net banking or TS Online franchise centres.
Prospectuses are available on the university portals and can also be obtained free of cost from all learner centres in Telangana.
Meanwhile, students of previous batches who have not paid their tuition fees have also been given an opportunity to do so before August 7.
This includes CBCS second and third-year undergraduate students of batches from 2021-22 to 2025-26, and postgraduate students of batches from 2023-24 to 2025-26.
