Vishnu Foundation Donates Two Ceremonial Umbrellas to Padmavathi Temple
TIRUPATI, June 14 (TNT): Representatives of the Vishnu Foundation, Salem, Tamil Nadu, donated two ceremonial umbrellas to the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple here on Sunday.
The ceremonial umbrellas were formally presented to the temple authorities and handed over to Temple Superintendent Suresh at the shrine premises.
Earlier, members of the foundation offered prayers and had darshan of Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru.
Temple Inspectors Chalapathi and Prasad, along with other temple officials, were present on the occasion.
The offering forms part of the traditional religious contributions made by devotees and charitable organisations to the temple, one of the most revered shrines dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi.
