Arun Icecreams sets Guinness World Record with 5,113 Children in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Feb 6 (TNT): Arun Icecreams, a leading ice cream brand from Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, on Friday set a new Guinness World Records by organising the world’s largest ice cream social party, bringing together 5,113 children in the city.

As part of the record-setting event, the children enjoyed Arun Icecreams’ blackcurrant and strawberry bars, caramel sandwiches and chocolate cones, all made with real milk and cream. The record was achieved as participants consumed ice cream continuously for 30 minutes, meeting Guinness World Records’ strict guidelines.

Commenting on the achievement, R. G. Chandramogan, Chairman of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, said it was a cherished moment to see thousands of children come together to create a global record, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and the joy associated with ice cream.

The previous record for the largest ice cream social party was set on January 30, 2019, in Salerno, Italy, with 962 participants, making Arun Icecreams’ feat a significant milestone on the global stage.

The Guinness World Record was officially certified by Richard William Stenning from the UK Guinness team, who presented the certificate to C. Sathyan, Vice Chairman, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, in the presence of students and representatives from several participating schools.

The achievement further strengthens Arun Icecreams’ position as one of India’s leading ice cream brands, supported by Hatsun Agro Product Ltd’s extensive retail network and diversified product portfolio across the country.
