Udupi’s Sri Krishnapura Mutt Chief Pontiff offers prayers at Tirumala temple
Tirumala, May 23 (TNT): H.H. Sri 108 Sri Vidya Sagara Teertha Swamiji of Sri Krishnapura Mutt offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara here on Saturday morning.
Upon his arrival at the temple, the pontiff was accorded traditional temple honours by TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary and temple priests, who received him at the Mahadwaram and escorted him to the sanctum sanctorum for darshan.
TTD Board Member Naresh, Temple Deputy Executive Officer Lokanadham, Temple Peishkar Ramakrishna and other officials were present on the occasion.
