Chennai based Fire donated Electric Bus to TTD in Tirumala
Tirumala, May 16 (TNT): Chairman of Vara Future LLP, Chennai, Vardhaman Jain donated an Olectra electric bus to TTD here on Saturday morning.
The donor performed special prayers for the bus in front of the sacred temple of Sri Venkateswara and handed over the bus documents and keys to TTD Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary.
Later, the Additional EO travelled in the bus along with the donor and appreciated him, stating that the bus would provide a very comfortable travel experience for pilgrims.
The bus will be utilized as a free transportation service for the convenience of devotees in Tirumala.
Among those present were Temple Dy EO Lokanatham, former TTD Board Member D.P. Anantha, and Tirumala Transport DI Krishnaiah.
