Hyderabad, Feb 3 (TNT) : AU Small Finance Bank on Tuesday said it has signed a strategic MoU with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India to strengthen two-wheeler financing across India, marking a key business move in the retail and mobility finance segment.
As part of the partnership, AU Small Finance Bank will serve as a preferred financier for Honda two-wheelers, offering faster, paperless, and digitally enabled loan solutions.
The collaboration leverages analytics-based credit decisioning and seamless system integration to enhance customer acquisition and improve turnaround time at dealerships, the bank said in a release.
The tie-up is expected to expand AU SFB’s presence in the vehicle finance market while supporting Honda’s sales growth through competitive financing schemes and wider credit access.
Joint marketing initiatives across Honda dealerships and AU branches will further drive business synergies and strengthen both brands’ national distribution footprint.
