New Delhi, Apr 20 (TNT): Searches for spiritual and astrology-related services have recorded significant growth across India, with spiritual healing queries rising by 64 per cent, according to data released by Justdial Limited.
The analysis, covering April 2025 to March 2026 and compared with the previous year, points to a growing consumer shift towards holistic well-being, alternative healing practices, and traditional guidance systems.
At the national level, searches for spiritual healing services saw the highest increase at 64 per cent, indicating rising interest in emotional balance and mindfulness, the data revealed.
Searches for Vastu Shastra consultants grew by 25 per cent across India, with Delhi registering a sharp 61 per cent rise. Other urban centres such as Pune (22 per cent) and Mumbai (21 per cent) also witnessed notable growth, it said.
Tarot reading services recorded a 23 per cent increase nationwide, led by Delhi with a 34 per cent rise, while Mumbai saw a modest 5 per cent increase.
Interest in numerology services rose by 13 per cent across the country, with Delhi posting a significant 48 per cent surge.
Searches for astrologers increased by 10 per cent pan-India, reflecting steady demand.
Among major cities, Mumbai and Jaipur led with 14 per cent growth each, followed by Ahmedabad at 12 per cent. Delhi and Kolkata recorded 10 per cent growth, while Hyderabad saw a 9 per cent increase, the data stated.
The data indicates an increasing integration of traditional belief systems into modern lifestyles, with consumers turning to astrology and related services for guidance and clarity in everyday decision-making.
