Telangana CM to attend Closing Ceremony of All India Police Football Championship tomorrow

Hyderabad, Apr 4 (TNT): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will attend as chief guest at the closing ceremony of the 74th B.N. Mullik Memorial All India Police Football Championship 2026 to be held at Gachibowli Stadium here on Sunday.

The event, organised under the aegis of Telangana State Police, will commence at 4 pm with the final match, followed by the closing ceremony.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive at the stadium at 5.30 pm and will present trophies to the winners and runners-up.

Director General of Police B Shivdhar Reddy has invited guests and sports enthusiasts to attend the ceremony.

A report on the conduct of the tournament will be presented by Cyberabad Police Commissioner and organising secretary M Ramesh.

IB Special Director Sapna Tiwari and DGP Shivdhar Reddy will also address the gathering.

The Chief Minister will later declare the championship closed and hand over the sports flag to the IB Special Director for safekeeping until the next edition.
