Vontimitta (AP), Apr 1 (TNT) : The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has completed elaborate arrangements for the Sri Sitarama Kalyanotsavam to be held at Vontimitta on Wednesday evening.

The celestial wedding will take place from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with TTD officials, under the direction of Executive Officer M. Ravichandra, coordinating with district authorities to ensure smooth conduct of the event.
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to present silk garments to the deities on behalf of the State Government at 6:00 PM.
Seating has been arranged for about 60,000 devotees across 121 galleries, with deployment of paramedical staff, police personnel, TTD employees and volunteers.
Twenty-eight kiosks have been set up for distribution of thalambralu, while devotees will be provided pearl thalambralu, Srivari laddu prasadam, kankanam and annaprasadam.
Special facilities including shaded pandals, water sprinklers and 11 shelters equipped with buttermilk, panakam, medical aid and police assistance have been arranged for devotees arriving on foot.
German sheds accommodating around 3,000 devotees have been installed near the temple for queue management, and 21 LED screens have been set up for live viewing of the Kalyanam.
Elaborate security arrangements have been put in place with deployment of over 3,000 police personnel, along with vigilance teams, fire services staff and TTD scouts.
Surveillance will be maintained through 235 CCTV cameras, 12 drones and a central command control centre with sub-control rooms.
Parking facilities have been arranged at multiple locations on the Kadapa and Tirupati sides, along with lighting and signage across a 21-km stretch.
TTD will provide continuous annaprasadam from morning till night. The menu includes rice, sambar, rasam, curry, chutney, buttermilk and sweet pongal, along with evening snacks such as pulihora, rava kesari and Mysore pak.
Arrangements include supply of three lakh water bottles, two lakh buttermilk packets and one lakh tetra packs.
APSRTC has arranged 625 bus trips from Kadapa and Rajampet, in addition to special buses from traffic diversion points to the venue.
The temple premises have been decorated with about 12 tonnes of traditional flowers and one lakh cut flowers. A mini Ramayana-themed installation has also been set up.
Devotional programmes including Govindanama parayana and Ramnama bhajanamrutam will be held as part of the festivities.
Medical arrangements include 13 camps with doctors, paramedical staff and ambulances on standby, while sanitation measures include deployment of over 3,000 workers and installation of 250 toilets.
Around 500 TTD deputation staff and 2,500 Srivari Sevaks have been engaged to assist devotees. The event will be telecast live in high definition for devotees worldwide.
