Hyderabad, Mar 31 (TNT): Beyond Appliances has launched its first experience store in Hyderabad, marking its entry into offline retail as part of an omnichannel expansion strategy.
The store, located in Kompally, is designed as a real-kitchen environment, allowing customers to interact with the brand’s product range, including Android-powered chimneys, Plug ‘N’ Play Chimneys, hobtops and cooktops.
In a release here on Tuesday, the Bengaluru based company said Hyderabad has been among its top three markets by e-commerce revenue, prompting the move to strengthen its physical presence in the city.
Founder and CEO Eshwar K Vikas said the store aims to bridge the gap between online discovery and physical experience, while accelerating conversions and building customer trust.
He added that the company expects to nearly triple its regional sales over the next 6 to 12 months.
The launch also marks the beginning of a broader offline expansion, with plans to enter multiple cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi by the end of FY26.
The company said each experience store will focus on showcasing smart kitchen technologies and reinforcing its goal of making connected kitchen solutions more accessible to Indian consumers.
