Hyderabad, Mar 27 (TNT): Seetha Reddy Gaddam and Khushboo Daga on Friday assumed charge as Chairpersons of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Hyderabad and Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) Hyderabad, respectively, for 2026–27.
Gaddam succeeded Prathibha Kunda as FLO Chairperson, while Daga took over from Pallavi Jain as YFLO Chairperson.
Taking charge as the Silver Jubilee Chairperson of FLO, Gaddam said her vision for the organisation would centre around “Engage, Empower, Elevate,” with a focus on fostering collaboration, leadership and inclusive growth among women.
She said FLO would strengthen its outreach through initiatives such as StyleTatva, Pragathi Pathi, Skill Centre at Sangareddy, Her Roots for women in farming, Digital Saathi and Telangana Samskruthi, while also working towards revival of traditional arts like Banjara needle craft.
Daga, the 21st Chairperson of YFLO Hyderabad, termed her appointment a significant milestone and outlined her vision “Together We Progress,” emphasising capability building, cross-sector learning and holistic member growth.
She said empowering women is essential for strengthening families, communities and the economy, and called for collective progress through collaboration.
FLO Hyderabad, which has a network of over 1,300 members, also announced plans for grand Silver Jubilee celebrations and an awards ceremony as it enters its 25th year.
