Hyderabad, Mar 24 (TNT): The 46th edition of Medicall, India’s largest medical equipment exhibition, will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre here from April 4 to 6.
The event is expected to feature over 300 exhibitors and attract more than 6,000 doctors, hospital owners and healthcare decision-makers from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and neighbouring regions, a release said here on Tuesday.
Medicall has evolved into a key platform for healthcare providers to build, upgrade and expand facilities, offering a comprehensive marketplace for hospital procurement and technology sourcing.
The exhibition will showcase a wide range of products and solutions, including medical equipment, diagnostic and laboratory technologies, hospital infrastructure, surgical instruments, consumables, as well as digital health and AI-based systems.
Organisers said the event provides an opportunity for hospitals, especially small and mid-sized institutions, to compare technologies, interact with suppliers and make informed investment decisions.
Medicall will also serve as a business networking platform, enabling manufacturers, dealers and buyers to explore partnerships, expand market presence and secure distributorship opportunities.
A major highlight of this year’s edition is the focus on ‘Make in India’ medical technologies, with several domestic manufacturers showcasing cost-effective solutions tailored for the Indian healthcare landscape.
The event will also host seminars and workshops led by industry experts, aimed at guiding entrepreneurs, hospital administrators and stakeholders on emerging trends, operational efficiency and healthcare innovation.
Hyderabad’s growing stature as a hub for pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare services is expected to be further reinforced through the exhibition, which brings together key stakeholders for business exchange and knowledge sharing.
