Vontimitta (Kadapa Dist.), Mar 23 (TNT): Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Joint Executive Officer V. Veerabrahmam on Monday directed officials to complete all arrangements by March 30 for the Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam Mahotsavam, scheduled on April 1 as part of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple at Vontimitta.

Veerabahmam, who conducted a comprehensive inspection of the temple,  including the four Mada streets, queue lines, Yagasala, temple kitchen (Potu), and the Kalyana Vedika, instructed officials to take all preventive measures to ensure a hassle-free experience for devotees.

In view of the summer season, he ordered the installation of German sheds, expansion of drinking water facilities, and steps to maintain a cool and comfortable environment across the temple premises.

To enhance the spiritual ambiance, the JEO called for laser lighting, LED decorations, and special floral arrangements throughout the temple.

He also suggested that decorations at the Kalyana Vedika reflect Telugu cultural heritage.

During his visit, Veerabrahmam inspected the Annaprasadam building and expressed satisfaction with the quality of food being served. He also interacted with devotees to gather feedback.

Reviewing the ongoing development works at the Kalyana Vedika, prasadam counters, queue lines, galleries, and entry-exit routes, he issued several suggestions and emphasized sanitation measures, including the provision of adequate toilets and deployment of additional staff.

He further recommended organizing devotional music programs highlighting the significance of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam.

The JEO directed CPRO Dr. T. Ravi to ensure sufficient deployment of Srivari Sevaks across key locations, while Annaprasadam Special Officer Sastri was instructed to distribute Vadapappu and Panakam to all devotees on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami.

Later, a review meeting was held at the TTD guest house in Vontimitta with officials from various departments to discuss arrangements for the Brahmotsavams.
