AP: 300 Delegates Attend Homoeopathy Seminar at ASRHMC

Tadepalligudem (Andhra Pradesh), Mar 11 (TNT): Nearly 300 delegates, including homoeopathy practitioners, faculty members and students from across the state, participated in “Arête Homeopathica,” a state-level seminar on clinical excellence organised at ASR Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital  (ASRHMC) here.

The event was held on Tuesday evening in collaboration with the World Teacher Trust and ALISHA Academy, focusing on advancing homoeopathic practice and medical education.

The programme began with a traditional inauguration and floral tributes to Samuel Hahnemann,  Akula Sree Ramulu and Ekkirala Krishnamacharya.

Addressing the gathering, college principal Ananda Kumar Pingali thanked the collaborating organisations and the chairman of ASR Group of Institutions Akula Vijay Vardhan for supporting the promotion of homoeopathic medical education.

During the event, the World Teacher Trust felicitated the entire teaching faculty of ASRHMC in recognition of their contribution to the promotion of homoeopathy and the organisation of the seminar.

Several experts delivered scientific lectures during the seminar.

A. V. Rameshwar spoke about the contributions of Master EK to the development of homoeopathy in the Telugu states, while E. Udaya Bhaskar Reddy highlighted the environmental advantages of homoeopathy, describing it as a sustainable and low-carbon healthcare system.

Other speakers discussed topics including the clinical application of Organon of Medicine, mastery of Materia Medica, psycho-somatic analysis and evidence-based homoeopathic prescriptions.

The seminar concluded with a masterclass by Prof. Pingali on scientific case-taking and patient analysis in homoeopathy, stressing the importance of understanding the patient as a whole to achieve precise and effective prescriptions.

The institution also hosted its first-ever Iftar gathering for staff and students, marking the holy month of Ramadan.

Participants were issued digital certificates under the supervision of the college’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell.
