Cosmos Diamonds opens larger showroom in Vijayawada
Vijayawada, Nov 6 (TNT): Homegrown lab-grown diamond jewellery brand Cosmos Diamonds has opened a larger showroom on M.G. Road near Benz Circle in Vijayawada, offering more than 1,000 designs across contemporary, traditional, everyday and occasion-wear collections.
The new showroom was inaugurated by Sanjana Tripuramallu, founder of Cosmos Diamonds, marking the brand’s expansion in the city where it began its operations in 2021, the company said in a release on Friday.
The company, which has also expanded its presence to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, has served more than 10,000 customers worldwide, reflecting the growing demand for lab-grown diamond jewellery, the company said.
The new showroom features a wide range of jewellery, including everyday wear, statement pieces, South Indian heritage-inspired designs, engagement rings and wedding collections.
The brand offers hallmarked gold jewellery, diamond certification and a 100 per cent buyback and exchange policy, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
In another initiative, Cosmos Diamonds’ Cosmic Bloom diamond artwork travelled to space aboard Skyroot Aerospace’s Vikram-1 rocket in July 2026.
The artwork was created using 32 lab-grown pear-cut diamonds weighing a total of 16.95 carats, mounted in gold and secured to an aluminium plate designed to withstand rocket launch conditions.
The company said the initiative reflected its efforts to explore applications of lab-grown diamonds beyond conventional jewellery, including design and technology.
With the new showroom, Cosmos Diamonds aims to strengthen its presence in Vijayawada while expanding its product range and retail experience.
