Hyd: Aditya Birla Housing Finance opens new branch in Shamshabad
The new branch would improve access to housing finance in Shamshabad, which is emerging as a commercial and residential hub on the southern outskirts of Hyderabad, supported by airport-related activities, logistics, trade and hospitality, the company said in a release on Monday.
ABHFL offers loans for affordable and prime housing, house construction and loans against property to salaried individuals, self-employed professionals and other customer segments.
As part of the branch launch, the company is offering zero login fees and spot loan sanctions of up to Rs 50 lakh from October 26 to November 30, 2026.
Pankaj Gadgil, Managing Director and CEO of ABHFL, said Telangana was a key growth market for the company and it was expanding its regional presence to reach more customers.
The company aims to simplify the homeownership process by combining its expanding branch network with digital services, he added.
