UAE property expo to be held in Hyderabad on Oct 31, Nov 1
The expo, organised by UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements LLC with support from the Dubai Land Department and Ajman Land Department, will be held at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs.
The event will feature residential projects, luxury homes and emerging property investment destinations across the UAE.
Visitors can interact with developers and seek information on property ownership regulations, investor protection, financing options, rental returns and eligibility for the UAE Golden Visa.
An India-UAE Real Estate Forum will also be organised to discuss investment opportunities, regulatory transparency and developments in the UAE property sector, bringing together government representatives and industry professionals.
According to estimates cited by the organisers, Indian investors account for around 20–22 per cent of Dubai’s property investment market, with annual investments exceeding AED 30 billion.
Property sales in Dubai crossed AED 286 billion in the first half of 2026, they said.
Global Edge Advertisements LLC CEO Raghu said the expo aimed to connect Indian investors with opportunities in the UAE and strengthen business ties between the two countries.
Hyderabad’s technology sector, entrepreneurial base and affluent investor community made it an important market for international real estate investment, he added.
