Truzon Clean Energies Secures Rs 236-Cr EPC Order for 72 MW Solar Projects in Maharashtra

The projects, being developed under PM-KUSUM Component C, are spread across Hingoli, Latur, Parbhani and Beed districts.

Truzon has already executed 15 MW of the total contracted capacity, the Hyderabad based company said in a release on Friday .

The contract covers turnkey execution, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning.

The projects are expected to generate around 89.89 million units of electricity annually after commissioning, subject to final specifications and operating conditions.

Hariom, a listed company, has disclosed the order in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) guidelines.

Truzon Solar Managing Director Charugundla Bhavani Suresh said the order reflected the confidence placed in the company by Hariom Power & Energy and highlighted its focus on engineering quality, project execution and long-term plant performance.

Chief Executive Officer Srinivas Jakkula said the company would focus on coordinated procurement, site mobilisation, construction and quality assurance to deliver the projects in line with specifications, safety requirements and performance standards.

Hari Om Industries Managing Director Roopesh Gupta said the two companies had been associated for six years and cited Truzon’s quality standards and proactive after-sales service as key factors behind the order.

Headquartered in Hyderabad, Truzon has more than 18 years of industry experience, over 650 employees and eight offices across India.

The company said it had delivered more than 400 MW of solar capacity and completed over 15,000 installations across residential, commercial, industrial and utility-scale segments.
