He said to improve access to information, TTD had expanded the number of information centres in Tirumala and Tirupati to 25.
In Tirumala, 10 additional centres had been established alongside the existing 10, while three more had been added in Tirupati to supplement the two existing centres, he said the centres provide information on Srivari darshan, accommodation, Annaprasadam, transport and other facilities for devotees.
Addressing the media, he said a media centre had been established at Rambhageecha-2 in Tirumala, equipped with computers, printers, scanners, televisions, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.
He said a photo exhibition showcasing the history of the Srivari Temple at Kalyana Vedika had been receiving appreciation from devotees.
Highlighting the Srivari Seva voluntary service programme, Ravi said more than 18 lakh volunteers from across the country had participated in the initiative over the past 25 years.
During the ongoing Navaratri Brahmotsavams, around 4,500 Srivari Sevaks had been invited through online registration to serve in various TTD departments, including the Srivari Temple, queue lines, Laddu counters, health services and Annaprasadam, among more than 50 service areas, he said.
Around 2,000 volunteers would be deployed on Garuda Seva day for services including Annaprasadam and drinking water distribution along the four Mada streets, he said.
A total of 150 group supervisors had been appointed to coordinate volunteer duties, monitor services and collect feedback from devotees on TTD facilities. An additional 20 supervisors had been deployed to oversee services if heavy crowds extended into the queue lines.
Ravi said TTD was disseminating authentic Brahmotsavam updates through its official social media platforms and urged devotees to rely on these channels for information.
Srivari Sevaks had also been asked to concentrate on their service duties and refrain from creating social media reels, he added.
