Shell India Opens Two Premium Helix Flagship Workshops in Hyderabad
The new facilities are aimed at offering motorists a combination of premium engine oils, vehicle maintenance services and transparent servicing, the company said in a release.
The launch builds on Shell’s existing Branded Independent Workshop (BIWS) network in India.
Through the flagship format, the company aims to combine its lubricant technology and technical expertise with a differentiated servicing experience for car owners.
Ankita Mehra, Chief Marketing Officer, Shell Lubricants India, said the initiative was aimed at positioning Shell as a preferred partner for premium workshops by combining reliable products, technical expertise, transparent service and genuine lubricants.
She said Hyderabad was an important step in extending the Shell Helix flagship experience to more workshop partners and motorists.
The two workshops are located at Revive Auto (Vasant Motors) on 100 Feet Road in Madhapur, HITEC City, and RK Motors on D-Mart Lane, opposite the RTA Office in Manneguda.
Both facilities will offer a range of car-care and maintenance services, along with Shell’s passenger-car engine oils. The services available may vary between locations.
The offering includes Shell Helix Ultra, the company’s premium engine oil formulated using Shell PurePlus Technology, which converts natural gas into base oil, alongside its Active Cleansing Technology.
Shell Helix Ultra is also the only motor oil used, trusted and recommended by Scuderia Ferrari HP, according to the company.
The expansion underscores Shell India’s efforts to strengthen its branded workshop network and expand its presence in the premium automotive aftermarket through partnerships with independent service providers.
