YIPS Students Win Nine Medals at Rangareddy District Athletics Championship
CH Lasya Shree emerged as the top performer in the Under-10 Girls category, winning gold medals in the 60-metre and 200-metre races while Lanka Parvathi secured silver medals in both events.
In the field events, Sanvika Goud won bronze in the Under-10 Girls Long Jump, while M. Ashwini secured silver in the Under-12 Girls Long Jump.
Sindham Vajra Varunavi won bronze in the Under-14 Girls 60-metre race.
In the boys’ category, CH Rithesh won silver and CH Jeevan secured bronze in the Under-12 Boys 300-metre race.
The school management congratulated the medal winners and participants, attributing their achievements to their hard work, discipline and dedication, along with the support of parents and coaches.
YIPS said it would continue to encourage students to pursue sports and develop physical fitness, confidence and sportsmanship while nurturing young sporting talent.
