TTD EO urges students to pursue education with discipline, determination
Tirupati, Oct 7 (TNT): TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra on Thursday advised students to pursue education with discipline and determination, focus on personal development and strive to bring greater recognition to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
Addressing students at the inauguration of the Students Council at Sri Padmavathi Womenās Junior College here, the EO said five years of sincere effort, comprising two years of Intermediate education and three years thereafter, could help students achieve their goals and reach higher levels in life.
He particularly urged students from rural areas to make the best use of the opportunities available to them, develop leadership qualities and focus on personality development.
Sharing his experiences of appearing for competitive examinations, he encouraged students to face challenges with confidence and perseverance.
The EO said Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu had directed TTD to further strengthen the quality of education and healthcare services.
He stressed the need for improved infrastructure and higher academic standards across TTD educational institutions.
Ravichandra also inaugurated an e-learning seminar hall constructed at a cost of Rs 71 lakh, which would help students prepare for competitive and entrance examinations.
Later, he inaugurated the Students Council and administered the oath to the newly elected student representatives. He also felicitated faculty members who secured 100 per cent results in various subjects.
The EO advised students to strive for excellence not only in academics but also in sports, cultural and other extracurricular activities.
A special dance performance by the students was a major attraction of the programme.
