Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 to focus on AI, DeepTech and emerging technologies
Hyderabad, Sept 11 (TNT): The 29th edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) will be held from November 17 to 19 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), with a focus on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, Karnataka Legislative Assembly member and KEONICS Chairman Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda said here on Friday.
Addressing an industry interaction meet here held as part of the summit’s roadshow, Sharath Kumar said BTS 2026 would be held under the theme “AI & Beyond.”
He said the summit is expected to bring together more than 1,800 exhibitors, 25,000 delegates, 1,000 technology startups and over 60,000 business visitors from more than 75 countries and 30 States and Union Territories.
The three-day event will bring together global technology leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and policymakers to explore opportunities across artificial intelligence, DeepTech, electronics and semiconductors, biotechnology, startups, AVGC and other emerging technologies, he said.
The conference programme will feature thematic tracks on AI and DeepTech, Fintech, Health and Biotech, Spacetech, the India-USA Tech Conclave and Global Collaboration, he said digital infrastructure and data centres, circular economy, orange economy and electric mobility will also be among the focus areas.
The summit will feature a multi-pavilion exhibition showcasing technological innovations across sectors, besides networking platforms, investor-connect initiatives and global partnership programmes, he said
The Future Makers programme will provide high-potential startups with opportunities to connect with investors, mentors and global markets. It will include investor pitching sessions, one-on-one mentoring clinics, discussions on scaling and fundraising, a Startup Showcase and the Future Makers Conclave, said Sharath Kumar.
A key highlight of BTS 2026 will be the maiden India edition of embedded world India by NuernbergMesse India, focusing on electronics, semiconductors and embedded systems, he said.
The summit is expected to feature global country delegations, expanded startup programmes, investor engagements and knowledge-sharing platforms, further strengthening Karnataka’s position as a technology and innovation hub.
