Hyderabad’s Raidurg Plot P1 fetches record Rs 264 cr per acre in TGIIC auction
Hyderabad, Aug 22 (TNT): Plot P1 in Hyderabad’s Raidurg has fetched a record Rs 264 crore per acre in an e-auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), generating a total Rs 1,386 crore from the 5.25-acre parcel, the corporation said.
The plot was auctioned at a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre and achieved a 50.9 per cent premium over the reserve price, according to TGIIC.
The latest auction price surpassed the Rs 237 crore per acre realised by TGIIC in an earlier Raidurg auction in May 2026, marking a further rise in land values in the strategic corridor.
The auction was conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform, with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction advisor, the corporation said.
TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka said the outcome reflected the confidence of the developer community in Telangana’s future and highlighted the state’s focus on transparency, infrastructure and value creation.
He said the quality of participation and competitive bidding reflected Hyderabad’s emergence as a global business destination.
TGIIC said it would continue to focus on strategic land monetisation, transparent allocation processes and infrastructure development across Telangana.
