Air India Express to Launch Daily Hyderabad-Tirupati Flights from Sept 1
Hyderabad, Aug. 6 (TNT): Air India Express on Thursday announced the launch of daily direct flights between Hyderabad and Tirupati from September 1, enhancing air connectivity to one of the country’s pilgrimage destinations.
The airline will also resume its daily non-stop Hyderabad-Chennai service from the same date.
Bookings for both routes have commenced through the airline’s website, mobile application and other booking channels.
As part of its domestic network expansion, Air India Express will also introduce services to Aurangabad, Coimbatore, Jamnagar, Jodhpur and Madurai from September 1.
The airline said the expansion would strengthen its presence across southern, western and northern India by improving connectivity for business, leisure, cultural and pilgrimage travel.
In a statement, the airline said Tirupati would enhance its pilgrimage network, while Coimbatore, Madurai, Aurangabad, Jamnagar and Jodhpur would improve connectivity to key manufacturing, industrial and tourism destinations.
Air India Express also said it has been expanding its domestic and international operations with new routes from Bhopal, Indore, Lucknow and Navi Mumbai, besides recently launching the first direct services connecting Northeast India with West Asia through Guwahati-Abu Dhabi and Guwahati-Dubai flights.
