Boeing Announces Winners of BUILD 2025-26 Programme

Hyderabad, Aug. 6 (TNT): Boeing on Thursday announced seven winning teams in the fifth edition of its Boeing University Innovation Leadership Development (BUILD) Programme 2025-26, aimed at supporting university students and early-stage start-ups in developing innovative business solutions.

The winners are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL Pvt. Ltd., EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd., StelX Dynamics and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd, the company said in a release.

Each team will receive a grant of Rs 10 lakh and continued support from Boeing and its incubator partners to help transform their ideas into market-ready solutions.

Announcing the winners, Boeing India and South Asia President Salil Gupte said the BUILD programme had helped bring together entrepreneurs, incubators, investors and academia, creating opportunities for promising ideas to move beyond competition and into real-world applications.

He said the programme had continued to foster long-term collaborations across India’s innovation ecosystem.

Stacie Sire, Vice President and Managing Director, Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center, and Chief Engineer, Boeing India, said BUILD provided an opportunity for Boeing engineers to mentor emerging innovators and help refine early-stage ideas into viable business solutions through engineering expertise and collaboration.

Boeing said the BUILD programme has received more than 5,000 applications over the past five years and supported over 28 start-ups across aerospace, deep technology, sustainability and social impact sectors.

The initiative is organised in partnership with seven incubators, including T-Hub Hyderabad, IIT Bombay’s SINE, IIT Delhi’s FITT, IIT Madras Incubation Cell, IISc Bengaluru’s Foundation for Science Innovation and Development, IIT Gandhinagar’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and KIIT-TBI.

Among this year’s winners, StelX Dynamics was incubated at T-Hub, Hyderabad, while SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd. was supported by the Foundation for Science Innovation and Development at IISc Bengaluru.
