Jana Sena Party launches its  Membership Drive 

Mangalagiri (Andhra Pradesh), Feb 15 (TNT): The Jana Sena Party (JSP) launched its renewed active membership enrollment drive at its central office here on Sunday,
with party Supremo Pawan Kalyan formally inaugurating the programme.

Highlighting his commitment to strengthening the party’s grassroots base, Pawan Kalyan donated ₹2 crore towards the membership initiative and enrolled himself as the first active member.

Emphasizing the party’s expanding support base, Pawan Kalyan noted that the party began with just 150 members and during the first phase of active membership enrollment in 2021, around 90,000 members were registered.

The number rose to 6 lakh ahead of the elections and has now reached 12.98 lakh memberships after the polls, he said.

He stated that people from diverse backgrounds including small traders, daily wage workers, and educated youth have actively participated in the membership drive, reflecting the party’s growing acceptance among various sections of society.

To encourage ideological commitment and structured participation, the party introduced three new categories of members to recognise different forms of participation within the party structure.

Members, who deeply understand the party’s ideology and actively work to advance its principles will be called ” Udyami” while Members who inspire the new generation, attract supporters, and expand the membership base will be known as ” Sadhak” and  Individuals who strengthen the party by offering indirect support through time, financial contributions, technical expertise, services, or intellectual assistance will be recognised as ” Pradatha”.
Pawan Kalyan underscored that members who understand and carry forward the party’s vision and mission are crucial to its future growth.

The event was attended by Political Affairs Committee Chairman Nadendla Manohar, Political Secretary to the Party President Pidugu Hariprasad, General Secretary Ram Talluri, and Programme Committee Chairman Kalyanam Siva Srinivas, along with top membership mobilizers from previous drives.
